Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unused items back into their original fabric bags and secure them in a sturdy shipping box or mailer.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
